Insurance and Billing

Insurance for Endodontic Treatment. One more way we take care of our patients needs.

Perhaps the only thing more painful than a bad tooth is dealing with an insurance claim. That’s why Premier Endodontics files all your claims for you. We accept most insurance plans, so all you have to do is provide us with your insurance information using our convenient downloadable form and proof of insurance at check-in.

We know that your health care or dental insurance may not cover the total cost of your treatment, and we make every effort to help you maximize your coverage and reimbursement. We will discuss financial options for the part of your bill not covered by insurance during your initial visit, and we work with Care Credit to facilitate monthly payment plans.

No matter what treatment you require or how much of your procedure is covered by insurance, we always inform you of fees and work out a payment plan before we begin treatment. Having the finances worked out in advance is one more way we can take the stress and discomfort out of your patient experience.

Financial Billing. Making payments as painless as possible.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Because we make every effort to deliver timely, superior care at reasonable costs, we ask that payment be made at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please be aware that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies pay within four to six weeks, and we will send you a statement reflecting your current balance. If it does not show a payment from your insurance company within that time frame, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after your insurance payment is received is your responsibility.

We understand that in some cases it may not be possible for you to pay off the entire amount at once. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be done during your initial visit, prior to the actual procedure.

We will inform you of all fees before we begin work and appreciate your cooperation in making prompt remittance.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times a simple phone call will clear up any misunderstandings. We also encourage you to call if you have questions about insurance or need to discuss a payment plan.
