  • Albert Granger, DDS

    Albert L Granger, DDS has been recognized as NY Top Dentists for his commitment to excellence in Endodontics.

    In addition to being the founding partner of Premier Endodontics of Long Island, Dr. Granger is a former Assistant Professor at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.

    Dr. Granger is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry class of 1987 and the post Graduate Endodontic program at Columbia University class of 1993. In 2007 he completed the Implant Maxi Course at the Medical College of Georgia.

    Dr. Granger is very involved in the community and the dental society. He served as a City Councilman for the City of Glen Cove, N.Y. from 1994 to 2005 and presently serves on the Board of Trustees for Elizabethtown College and the NorthWell Hospital System. Dr Granger was President of the Nassau County Dental Society in 2012. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Dental Honor Society. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State and Nassau County Dental Societies the National Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists.

  • Ashish Sahasra, DMD

    Partner in Premier Endodontics , cum laude graduate from Harvard University, and a board eligible endodontist, he has been in private practice since 2005.

    Dr. Ashish Sahasra began his education by receiving his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Cornell University. He continued his dental training by graduating cum laude from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. With a passion for endodontics, Dr. Sahasra completed his residency in Endodontics from New York University.

    His work over the years has earned him honors in clinical research and community health promotion. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Dental Society and the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting (GLIDM). Now, as a partner in Premier, Dr. Sahasra has dedicated his career to serving the community in which he has spent the majority of his life.

  • Rahul Gupta, DDS

    Performed research at Columbia University and SUNY Stony Brook before entering private practice.

    Before becoming an Endodontist, Dr. Rahul Gupta practiced as a general dentist. Dr. Gupta received his Endodontic training from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, his Dental School training from Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York, and his B.S. in Biochemistry form State University of New York at Stony Brook.

    Dr. Gupta is a member of American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, Nassau County Dental Society, and American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Gupta is also a board member with Nassau County Dental Society.

    In addition to his private practice, Dr. Gupta has performed research projects in the field of root canal at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine and Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Gupta also teaches Dental residents in the field of Endodontics at Coney Island Hospital. Dr. Gupta is very involved in the community by helping in events like Give Kids A Smile to help the children, and other dental/social related causes. He also has received numerous academic honors, as well as having research published in Journal of Endodontics.

  • Joe Sleilati,DDS

    After practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Sleilati completed his Endodontic training at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry.

    Dr. Sleilati obtained his specialty certification in Endodontics from New York University. Prior to that he earned his dental degree from The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Binghamton University. After finishing dental school he received further training in all aspects of dentistry by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center. Dr. Sleilati then practiced as a general dentist before specializing in Endodontics. Dr. Sleilati is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, New York State Dental Association, and Nassau County Dental Society.

    After practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Sleilati completed his Endodontic training at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry.

  • Christine Choi, DDS

    Dr. Choi is a board-eligible endodontist who specializes in providing root canal treatments and other endodontic therapies (surgical and nonsurgical) to both adults and children.

    She received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University. After completing a General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, she returned to NYU for training in advanced education in endodontics, where she graduated with honors in endodontic teaching. She received a bachelor’s degree in physiological science from UCLA.

    Dr. Choi is an active participant in dental mission trips to provide care to underserved communities abroad. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys traveling, watching sports and exploring the city. Having grown up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, she speaks fluent English, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.”

    After working as a general practitioner for several years, Dr. Ko decided to pursue her career in Endodontics and returned to NYU to receive her specialty training in Endodontics.

    Dr. Ko is a board eligible endodontists and an active member of American Association of Endodontists, New York State Dental Association and American Dental Association.

    Having grown up in Seoul, Vancouver, Toronto and New York, Dr. Ko loves traveling and exploring different cities with her family. She is fluent in Korean and English.
